Stone after Coil

Patient has a previous history of PCNL followed by hematuria

Arteriovenous fistula was diagnosed and a coil was used to stop bleeding.

After 6 years patient presented with a stone on the coil

Open pyeloplasty was performed and the stone was found formed on the coil.
